How does the welcome discount work?
By joining our newsletter, you'll receive a 10% discount code in your email! Use it on your first purchase; it never expires. Just enter it at checkout and enjoy the discount on everything you buy.
How can I make the payment?
At the end of the checkout process, you can pay securely with your debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Whatever is easiest for you.
Where can I receive my order?
We ship our products to all locations in Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
We also currently ship to some other European countries: Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal and the Balearic Islands is free for purchases over €60. If your order is less than €60, shipping will be charged €7, which will be shown in your shopping cart before checkout. Check the Shipping & Returns page for deliveries outside Spain.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your beautiful order by courier within 1 to 3 business days (Spain and Portugal) after payment processing or 3 to 5 business days for the rest of the European countries. Except for products marked "available for pre-order," in those cases where there is no stock available, the scarf will be made especially for you and will arrive in approximately 15 days.

Is the gift box included in the price?
Yes, we ship each silk scarf in a uniquely designed gift box.
What if I want to return it?
We all have the right to change our minds or make a mistake. If this happens to you, don't worry. If you are in Spain or Portugal, you can return your scarf for free, it’s easy:
- Send us an email or WhatsApp and tell us what happened.
- The courier will pick up the package at the address you provide.
- When we receive the scarf, we check that it's in perfect condition and unworn.
- We'll refund your money to the payment method you used for your purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.

Of course! Nothing would make me happier. You can come during opening hours or make an appointment to make sure I'm available.
