Shipping and Returns
Shipping within Spain and Portugal (mainland and the Balearic Islands)
At present, Bonito Mundo ships to the entire Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping is free for orders over €60.

For orders under 60 €, the shipping cost is 7 €.

Remote Areas and Islands: For shipments to European islands or hard-to-reach areas, a special rate of €40 applies. The final cost will be calculated automatically in the cart when you enter your postal code.
All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, with tracking included.
Shipping to other European countries
We ship regularly to the following destinations:

€10 rate: Germany and France.

€12 rate: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

€23 Fee: Sweden, Finland, and Northern and Eastern European countries.
Remote areas and islands:
For certain postal codes in islands or hard-to-reach areas in Europe, a special rate of €40 applies. The system will automatically calculate the correct cost when entering the postal code in the cart.
The estimated delivery time for Europe is 3 to 5 business days after payment has been processed. Returns from these countries are at the customer’s expense.

When will I receive my order?

Spain and Portugal (mainland and the Balearic Islands): You will receive it within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been processed.

Europe: The delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Pre-order products: If the product indicates “pre-order”, the scarf is made especially for you and the delivery time is approximately 15–20 days.
Note: During peak periods such as Christmas, courier companies may experience congestion and delays beyond Bonito Mundo’s control.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please review these steps:

Check your confirmation email to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

Check with your nearest courier office using your tracking number.

Check with your neighbours, in case the carrier left the parcel there.
Helpful tip: Make sure you enter your postcode correctly. It is key for the system to assign the correct shipping cost and for the carrier to locate your address without errors.
If, after these steps, you still have no news, please write to us at hola@bonitomundo.com and include your order number.
Returns and Refunds
At Bonito Mundo, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
Mandatory conditions for a refund:
For us to accept the return, the product must be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered:

Impeccable condition: No signs of use, stains, damage, or odours (perfume, tobacco).

Original packaging: It must include its original gift box in perfect condition.

Shipping protection: The parcel must be sent inside a padded envelope or rigid cardboard mailer to ensure the product and its box arrive intact. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
1. Returns in Spain and the Balearic Islands (Free)

Request: Email us at hola@bonitomundo.com stating your order number (if you tell us the reason, it will help us improve).

Shipping code: We will provide you with a prepaid Correos digital code (QR or barcode).

Drop-off: Show the code directly from your phone at any Correos office; they will print the label for you and give you proof of shipment. You do not need to print anything.

Refund: After verifying the condition of the scarf, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Returns in the rest of Europe
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility:

Contact: Email us at hola@bonitomundo.com to receive the delivery address in Barcelona.

Tracked shipping: It is essential that the shipment includes a tracking number. We cannot process refunds for parcels that do not reach us or are lost without tracking.

Refund: Once we receive and verify that the scarf and its box are in impeccable condition, we will proceed with the refund for the products.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Additional costs and customs
For shipments within the European Union, no tariffs or customs fees apply.
However, in exceptional cases beyond Bonito Mundo’s control (such as spot inspections or specific regulations in the destination country), additional costs may be incurred and would be the responsibility of the recipient.
For shipments outside the European Union, if enabled in the future, any customs fees, taxes, or local charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
