Shipping in Spain
Currently, Bonito Mundo only ships to Spain (Mainland and the Balearic Islands).

Shipping is free for orders over €60.

For orders under 60 €, the shipping cost is 7 €.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, with tracking included.
Shipping to other European countries
We currently ship to Portugal, France, and Germany.

The shipping cost is €10 per order.

Delivery time is 2-3 business days after payment processing.

Returns in these countries are at the customer’s expense.

When will I receive my order?
If your order is shipped within Spain (Mainland and the Balearic Islands), you will receive it via courier within 1 to 3 business days after the payment is processed.
For orders to Portugal, France, or Germany, the delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Some products may indicate that the order is on pre-order. In these cases, the scarf is specially made for you, and the delivery time is approximately 15-20 days.
Please note that during periods such as Christmas, courier companies may be busier, and there may be some delays in deliveries. Thank you for your understanding.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please review these steps:

Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address.

Inquire about your order at your nearest courier office.

Ask your neighbors in case the carrier left your package with them.
Useful tips

If you will not be home on the day of delivery, please use your work address or a location where you know someone will be available to receive the package.

Make sure to enter your postal code correctly, as it is an important part of the address.
If the address is correct and the package is neither at the courier office nor with your neighbors, please contact us at hola@bonitomundo.com, stating your order number.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier companies, but we will do our best to help you locate your order.
Returns and Refunds
Returns in Spain (Mainland and the Balearic Islands)
We all have the right to change our minds or make a mistake. If this happens to you, do not worry.
If you are in Spain, you can return your scarf free of charge by following these steps:

Send us an email or a WhatsApp message explaining what happened.

The courier will collect the package from the address you provide.

Once we receive the scarf, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and unworn.

We will refund the money to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Returns in Europe (Portugal, France, and Germany)
In these countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After you contact us, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
