4 Ways to Wear a Silk Bandana this Summer

Why choose a silk bandana as an accessory?

When the heat arrives, less is more. Light clothing, neutral colors, and a special detail that changes everything. That’s why I love silk scarves in the summer: they are light, don’t add heat, and have the power to transform a simple look into something very personal. They stand out even more on white or black, and also… you don’t see them everywhere.

Today I’m sharing 4 ways to wear a small silk bandana (45 or 50 cm) so you can play with it and get the most out of it:

1. Knotted on the handle of a raffia bag
If you carry a basket or bag made of natural fibers, tying the bandana on the side gives it a summery and unique air. It adds color and movement effortlessly. Also, if it gets cool, you can untie it and put it on your neck.

2. Simple knot at the neck, with a white t-shirt
A white t-shirt, jeans, and a silk scarf tied with a small knot in the front… and you have a timeless look with a distinct touch. Fresh, natural, and with that point that attracts attention without trying.

3. Tied on the wrist
A simple and original idea: make a small bow with the scarf around your wrist. Like a soft silk bracelet that adds color and movement. Ideal for those who don’t wear a lot of jewelry but want a special detail.

4. As a ribbon on the belt loops of a denim mini skirt or pants
Have you ever tried passing the scarf through the front belt loops of your pants and making a bow? It looks beautiful with a denim mini, and adds a creative touch that no one expects. It works great with black or light denim garments.

Sometimes just one detail is enough to make everything fit together.
And in summer, when we go lighter, accessories like these shine even more. If you have a scarf stored in a drawer, give it a new life. And if you want one printed with a story, here are some waiting to go out. 🌿
